The Classic Thunderbird Club International (CTCI), Vintage Thunderbird Club International (VTCI) and International Thunderbird Club (ITC) have set the third Sunday in May as “Thunderbird Appreciation Day,” a day that Thunderbird owners worldwide are encouraged to get their “T-Birds” out into the public so that everyone can enjoy them.
2024 – We visited the Advantage Ford location as we have once before. The dealership has been a supporter of ours for several years and was happy to make space for us and invite us to partake of a BBQ lunch which was much appreciated! The rain held off just long enough for us to have a great visit and display our cars for friends and visitors.
2023 – A great day at the Leighton Arts Centre and lunch at the Hard Knox Brewery in Diamond Valley.

2020 – A Socially Distant gathering was held at the Super 8 Hotel and a few headed on to Black Diamond afterwards for a milkshake.

2019 – A visit to Eamon’s Garage in High River where we were treated to a BBQ lunch and a museum tour by the River City Classics Car Club.

2018 – A convoy out to Marv’s Diner in Black Diamond, then a few went on to the Chinook Honey Company and Meadery.
